摘 要: 涡扇发动机在起动性能调试试验中屡屡出现失速导致起动失败,反复调试仍难以实现起动成功至慢车状态。为此,开展了发动机起动供油边界探索方法的研究,探索出发动机起动供油边界,作为起动供油规律调整的参考范围。随后进行了起动供油边界探索试验,获得了发动机起动供油边界,并依据该边界进行起动调试,成功实现了发动机起动至慢车状态。该方法为起动性能调试提供了依据,降低了起动调试的盲目性和风险,减少了起动调试次数,使发动机能够较快实现慢车运转。 A turbofan engine failed to start in performance tests because of stall,and it hardly got started to idle after repeated debugging.Thus the investigation on start fuel control boundary exploration methods was carried out to find out the boundary as the reference range for the start fuel control law regulation.Then tests to explore the start fuel control boundary were accomplished to obtain the boundary.Based on it,the engine successfully started and reached idle state.This method provided reference for starting performance debugging,decreasing the blindness and risk,and reducing debugging times to start successful quickly.
