摘　　要： 本文介绍了过程潜在失效模式及后果分析(PFMEA)技术与防错技术(POKA YOKE),叙述了PFMEA、POKAYOKE、控制计划(CP)、现场作业标准及相关要素之间的关系,同时回顾了汽车内饰件某部件组合制造工程的实证应用。 The paper introduces PFMEA and POKA YOKE technology,describes the relationship between PFMEA, POKAYOKE, control plan （CP）,field work standards and related elements.
