摘　　要： 混合所有制企业是伴随着改革开放的不断深入而出现的,这是由公有资本与非公有制资本共同参股组建而成的新型企业形式,论文主要探究了创新混合所有制企业党建工作新机制的意义及对党建工作的总体要求,并且提出了创新混合所有制企业党建工作机制的路径选择,希望对提升各企业员工的政治思想和企业的长效发展有所帮助。 The mixed ownership enterprises are accompanied by the deepening of the reform and opening up, this is a new form of enterprise formed by joint participation of public and non-public capital. The paper mainly probes into the significance of the new mechanism of the innovation ofmixed ownership andthe general requirements ofthe party construction work, and puts forwardthe path choice of mixed ownership enterprise party construction innovation mechanism, it is hoped that it will help to promote the political thoughts of the employees and long-term development of the enterprises.
