摘　　要： 为了促进储气业务积极应对天然气市场化改革,应当通过储气库运营管理技术经济评价这一有力的工具推动企业树立市场化意识、形成市场思维习惯。论文构建了储气库运营管理技术经济评价指标体系,该指标体系由3大类4级共计32个指标构成,其中一级指标8个,过程子指标24个。对不可直接经济量化的定性评价指标,采用定性指标满足条件下给出投入上限的方式予以经济评价;对可经济量化部分指标,直接经济量化评价。 In order to promote gas storage business actively response to the natural gas market reform, we should use the powerful tool of the gas storage operation management technical and economic evaluation to promote the enterprise to set up marketing consciousness, and form market thinking habit. The paper constructed the technical and economic evaluation index system for the operation management of the gas storage. The index system is consists of three categories of four levels, a total of 32 indicators, including 8 first level indicators, 24 process sub-indexes. For the qualitative evaluation indexes which can not be directly economic quantified, the economic evaluation is given by means of giving the upper limit、for the qualitative evaluation indexes which can be economic quantified, the economic quantification evaluation is carried out directly.
