摘　　要： 现如今的发展中,中小型企业占据了现代经济发展比例的很大比重,成为促进现代经济发展的主力,它为人民群众提供了80%以上的城市上岗职位。经研究发现,工商管理类毕业生的就业方向在大体上的针对对象为我国的中小企业。以广东理工学院为研究调查对象,通过调查研究,结果显示,中小型企业在工商管理专业人才的各项指标上面都有非常严格的考核标准,对于专业知识领域的了解或者自身素质的测试等都有高指标的考核要求。 In today＇s development, small and medium-sized enterprises occupy a large proportion of the proportion of modern economic development, and become the main force to promote the development of modern economy. It provides posts for the people more than 80% of the city. The study found that the employment direction ofbusiness management graduates in general is targeted at small and medium enterprises in China. Taking Guangdong Polytechnic College as the research object, through the investigation and study, the results showed that small and medium-sized enterprises have a very strict assessment criteria in the indicators above business management professionals, they have high standard assessment requirements onthe professional knowledge and self-quality.
