摘　　要： 当前社会在飞速进步,知识、信息、技术爆炸式增长,促使职业岗位对人才素养的需求产生巨大变化,同时也使得当前高职教育面临着前所未有的挑战。传统的教学模式和学习方法,已经远远不能满足当下高职教育的需求。而要跟上时代的潮流,应对社会挑战,个人的沟通交流能力、团队合作意识和团队合作能力的培养成了必然选择。因此,在高校教学中利用现代团队组织理论,组建学习团队,进行团队式教学,对高职人才培养质量的提高、学生综合素养和学习效率的提升,均能起到十分有效的辅助作用。 The current society is in rapid progress, knowledge, information, and technology are growth explosively, which is promoting occupation requirements of talent quality to change greatly, but also makes the current vocational education to be confronted with hitherto unknown challenge. The traditional teaching mode and learning methods are far from meeting the needs of the current higher vocational education. In orderto keep up with the trend of the times and deal with social challenges, it is necessaryto cultivate individual communication and communication skills, team workconsciousness andteam cooperation ability. Therefore, the use of modernteam organizationtheory in university teaching, organizing learning team, team teaching, plays a very effective supporting role in improving students＇ comprehensive quality and learning efficiency, and improvingthe quality of cultivation oftalents in highervocational colleges.
