摘　　要： 近年来,我国的经济、科技改革不断深入,日益激烈的市场竞争环境为军工科研单位的发展带来了巨大的挑战。为此,军工科研单位必须采取有效措施,提升成本管理水平,以适应激烈的市场竞争。论文主要对目前军工科研单位成本管理中存在的问题以及改善对策展开讨论。 In recent years, China's economic and technological reform has been deepening, and the increasingly fierce market competition environment has brought great challenges to the development of military research institutes.To this end, military research institutions must take effective measures to improve the cost management level to adapt to the fierce market competition.This paper mainly discusses the problems existing in the cost management of military research unit and the countermeasures.
