摘　　要： 箱体隔热板的隔热保温性能直接影响到电冰箱的能耗及使用效果,传统的聚氨酯隔热层导热系数已经逼近理论上线,无法满足当前人们对电冰箱的使用及环保需求,因此,采用真空隔板(VIP)构造电冰箱,已经成为当前冰箱制造企业的主要发展方向。论文主要以真空隔热板结构概况为切入点,对真空隔热板在冰箱中的应用进行了分析和研究,旨在为真空隔热板在冰箱制造中的应用提供参考。 Abstract The thermal insulation performance of the box insulation board directly affects the energy consumption and the using effect of the refrigerator. The traditional thermal conductivity ofthe polyurethane insulation layer has been approached on the theoretical line , which can not meet the current demand for refrigerators and environmental protection . Therefore , the use of vacuum partition board （ VIP ） structure of the refrigerator, hasbecomethe main developmentdirection of refrigeratormanufacturers . In thispapertaking , the vacuum insulationboard structure as the starting point, the application of vacuum insulation board in the refrigerator was analyzed and studied , in order to provide referonce to the application of vacuum insulation board in the refrigerator manufacturing .
