摘　　要： 湿式筛板除尘器主要是在吸收和溶解的原理基础上设计出来的,其主要运用于一些化工生产过程的除尘中。在对湿式筛板除尘器设计和应用中发现,这种设备集气液一体,在设计上非常科学合理,结构简单,操作方便,对于化工生产中一些料塔堵塞或者工作效率低等都能有效处理,大大提高了生产过程中的环保和经济效益。 Wet sieve plate dust collector is mainlydesigned based on the principle ofabsorption and dissolution . It is mainly used in dust removal in some chemical production processes . In the design and application of the sieve plate precipitator, we find that the design of the equipment of gas-liquid is very reasonable , and the structure is simple , its operation is convenient, can effectively deal with the low working efficiency of some material ortowerblockage in chemical production , greatly improving the production process of environmental protection and economic benefits .
