摘　　要： 通过对浙江省即将上市的民营企业财务管理的调查,可以发现,很多企业的财务管理存在一定的问题,比如:领导者不给予重视、企业处于家族式管理模式、不具备完善的财务管理制度等等,基于此,论文提出了相对应的解决对策,即建立科学的财务管理制度、提高领导人的重视程度,加强财务监控等等,希望能够为即将上市的民营企业财务决策提供一定的参考。 ThroughtheinvestigationofthefinancialmanagementoftheprivateenterprisestobelistedinZhejiang,wecanfmdthatthereare some problems in the financial management of many enterprises, for example leaders do not give attention to, enterprises are in the family management style, and do not have a sound financial management system, etc.. Based on this, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, including establishing scientific financial management system, improving the leaders＇ attention, strengthening financial supervision and so on, etc., hopingto provide some reference forthe financial decisions of private enterprisesto be listed.
