摘　　要： 电工装备企业普遍存在大量工程实施岗位员工,如何科学衡量、准确评价此类员工的绩效表现与贡献是企业管理的难题。在长期的管理创新实践中,N公司探索出了以标准工序分解为基础、以积分制量化考核为核心的电工装备企业工程实施岗位绩效管理优化之路,激发了员工工作热情,提升了工程履约服务水平,推动了整体经营业绩的增长。 Therearealargenumberofprojectimplementationstaffsinelectricalequipmententerprises,andhowtomeasureandevaluatethe performance and contribution of such staff scientifically is a difficult problem for enterprise management.
