某基坑周边地面隆起影响因素分析

摘  要: 以某深基坑为例,详细介绍了该项目基坑周边地面的沉降变形情况,实际监测数据表明,自基坑开挖起,基坑周边地面呈现微量隆起的变形特征。因基坑开挖会引起坑底土卸荷后产生回弹现象,随着支护桩及基坑周边区域的沉降,还会引起周边建筑物、地下管线及临近道路的沉降,量值过大时应高度重视,采用必要的工程措施控制相应的变形。本文通过施工进程、气温等因素,结合锚索内力、桩顶水平位移及桩体深层水平位移数据,综合分析引起基坑周边地面隆起的内在因素,提出在设计、施工各个阶段均需要合理制定设计、施工方案,以达到隆起量优化控制的作用。 Taking a deep foundation pit as an example, this paper in detail introduces settlement deformation surrounding the deep foundation pit. The actual monitoring data show that since the foundation pit excavation, the surface surrounding the deep foundation pit begins to present trace uplifting deformation characteristics. The foundation pit excavation will cause pit subsoil unloading and produces rebound phenomenon, with the retaining piles and excavation of the surrounding area, the surface rebound can also cause the settlement of surrounding buildings, underground pipelines and nearby roads. If the settlement scale is too large, it should be pay great attention to, and it is necessary to adopt engineering measures to control the deformation. Based on the construction process, temperature and other factors such as the anchor stress, the horizontal displacement of pile top, the deep horizontal displacement, this paper comprehensively analyzes internal uplifting factors caused by excavation, and puts forward to a reasonable scheme at the different stages of design and construction, in order to achieve the optimization control of uplift.
