摘 要: 突发地质灾害气象预警预报,是有效降低灾害可能造成的人员、财产损失的重要方法。本文概略地总结了北京市突发地质灾害气象预警第一代人工预警产品和第二代智能预警产品的特点。基于即将建成的覆盖北京市山区、浅山区的突发地质灾害专业监测网络,对未来突发地质灾害的预警产品影响的分析,提出了未来突发地质灾害气象预警,将由一、二代的单因素的气象预警模式,转化为激发因素、响应因素、表达因素等多因素联合的第三代物联多维度的预警模式的构想。 The meteorological forecast is the key method to reduce the impact of geological disasters. This paper presents the characteristics of the first-generation and second-generation of meteorological forecast systems of geological disasters in Beijing, and makes a systematic analysis on the professional third-generation, which is combined with internet. Based on these data, we propose a scheme of the third-generation forecast system of geological disasters integrated with multi-dimensions internet.
