摘　　要： 特色小镇建设从概念提出到全面展开,其全新的理念迅速引起各方关注与轰动,成为我国新型城镇化和美丽乡村建设的引擎,将迎来大发展阶段。在特色小镇的决策论证和规划建设中,普遍关注小镇的产业导入,重点放在企业与小镇的资本对接上,对地质资源地质环境安全保障的重要性则普遍认识不足,也没有把地质工作当成特色小镇决策论证和规划建设中必要的专项工作来设定。特色小镇决策阶段的地质工作主要是区域性的概略地质调查工作,概略性汇总分析各类信息数据;规划阶段的地质工作,以精细化地质调查为主题,内容有详细的地质环境调查与治理,详细的地质资源调查;建设和运营阶段的地质工作主要是开发地质资源,为培育特色产业服务。特色小镇规划建设前期,必须超前部署专项地质工作。同时,地质工作也需要创新工作理念和工作方式。 The construction of Characteristic Town is the new concept, which has been quickly attracted attention to from every aspect, and becomes the momentum for China＇s new urbanization and beautify countryside. During the decision argumentation and planning construction, the introduction of town industry is widespread concern, and the capital docking between enterprise and town is emphases. In contrast, the importance of geological environment security protection is not enough, and the geological work is not regarded as the special work of the town planning and construction. The geological work in the decision-making stage of the town is mainly the regional geological survey, which contains summarizing and analyzing all kinds of information and data. The geological work in the planning stage is based on the detailed geological survey, which includes geological environment investigation and management, geological resources investigation. The geological work in the construction and operation stage is to develop the geological resources in order to cultivate special industries. The planning and construction prophase of the Characteristic Town must advance deployment of special geological work. At the same time, the geological work also needs to innovative the work idea and the working way.
