摘　　要： 本文通过分析白象QPQ500全自动手术器械清洗机在工作过程中出现的常见故障,探讨其维护维修办法。通过统计2012年7月~2016年12月间,我院消毒供应室白象QPQ500手术器械清洗机故障,包括门机构开关、工作中黑屏死机。排水系统等,分析故障原因并进行检修。采取定期保养和预防性维修等措施可减少手术器械清洗机故障的发生和维修费用的支出,保障医疗设备的正常使用。 Through analysis of troubleshooting cases for Baixiang QPQ500 surgical instruments automatic cleaner, maintenance methods of this machine were discussed. Statistic analysis of Baixiang QPQ500’s regular faults, including door switch failure, black screen and drainage system fault, as well as cause of these failures in our hospital between July 2012 to December 2016 were performed, and measures were adopted to restore these faults. Regular and preventive maintenance can decrease faults rate, reduce maintenance expenditure and guarantee medical devices’ normal using.
