两种多参数监护仪性能比对初探

摘  要: 对技术成熟、市场占有率较高,连续两年计量检测合格的两种品牌多参数监护仪,飞利浦(M8004A)和迈瑞(T8)进行深入检测和比对研究,找出不同品牌型号仪器特性的差别。利用我院现有的病人参数模拟器,在无创血压和血氧指标测量数据的准确性、重复性、多点线性,以及耗材更新频率与费用等方面进行对比和分析。统计结果表明两种监护仪的实际检测血压值和血氧值与设定值都存在差异,有一定的误差,在不同方面各具优势。此分析方法在多参数监护仪性能检测方面具有可行性。建议医院在选择医疗设备时要考虑到整体设备性能、后续资金的投入比例,保证在其生命周期内长时间的正常运行。 An in-depth inspection and comparison study has been proposed to fnd out the difference characteristics between two brands of multi-parameter monitor, Philips (M8004A) and Mindray (T8), which both have the mature technology, high market share, and two years of measurement certifcate. The noninvasive blood pressure and blood oxygen measurement data, accuracy, reproducibility repeatability, multi-point linearity, the frequency and cost of supplies update were compared and analyzed by using the parameter simulator of patients from our hospital. The set value of actual blood pressure and blood pressure of the two kinds of monitors were different from observed value; both monitors had advantages in different ways. This method is feasible in monitor performance testing. We suggest that the choice of medical equipment should take into account the overall equipment performance, follow-up capital investment ratio, to ensure a long period of normal operation in its whole life.
