摘 要: 采用原位聚合法制备出厚度约为100μm的聚酰亚胺薄膜,激光熔融法在薄膜表面刻蚀出不同形状的表面织构。研究表面织构对聚酰亚胺薄膜力学性能及摩擦学性能的影响。测试了不同形式的织构对超声电机机械输出性能的影响。结果表明,织构的存在,使得薄膜的拉伸强度有所降低;摩擦系数降低,且摩擦系数更加稳定,磨损率有所降低,使得超声电机机械输出性能更加稳定。 Polyimide films with thickness of about 100 μm were fabricated by in-situ polymerization. The surface texture of polyimide film was etched by laser melting method. The effects of surface texturing on the mechanical properties and tribological properties of polyimide films were investigated. The effects of different types of textures on the mechanical output performance of the ultrasonic motor were tested. The results show that the tensile strength of the film decreases with the presence of texturing, the friction coef-ficient of the surface-textured films were lower and the friction coefficient were more stable and the wear rate were lower than that of the smooth polyimide film. The presence of texture makes the ultrasonic motor mechanical output performance more stable.
