摘 要: 以工业回收的精制地沟油为原料,水解制得混合脂肪酸,经酰化-环化合成了一种新型混合脂肪基咪唑啉缓蚀剂。采用红外光谱对官能团进行表征;采用失重法和电化学法对其缓蚀性能进行评价。结果表明,在5%盐酸介质中,温度50℃、腐蚀时间6 h,缓蚀剂投加量60 mg/L时,A3钢的缓蚀率98.05%;该缓蚀剂是一种以阴极为主的混合型缓蚀剂,电化学测试结果与失重法测试结果相符。 Mixed fatty acids obtained from the hydrolysis of refined waste oil of industrial recycling process,were used as a raw material to make a new kind of fatty imidazoline corrosion inhibitor through amidation and cyclization reactions. The products were characterized by FTIR and S E M analysis was taken to observe the surface morphology of A 3 steel. The corrosion inhibition was evaluated by methods of static weight loss test and electrochemical test in acidic m e d i u m. Results of weight loss method showed that the inhibition rate of the inhibitor for A 3 steel was up to 98. 0 5 % at a concentration of 60 m g / L for 6 h in 5% HC 1 at 50 ℃ . The product was a kind of mixed-type corrosion inhibitor, mainly cathode type, and effects of electrochemical test were consistent with those of weight loss method.
