响应面法优化雪莲果低聚果糖的脱色工艺
Optimization of decolorization process of yacon fructooligosaccharides by response surface methodology

摘  要: 在单因素实验的基础上,通过响应面法优化雪莲果低聚果糖溶液的超声波协同H_2O_2脱色工艺;并采用高效液相色谱法测定脱色液中的低聚果糖含量。结果表明,最佳脱色工艺为:超声波功率120 W,H_2O_2体积分数20%,溶液pH为12,脱色时间46 min。在此条件下,平均脱色率61.0%,低聚果糖保留率54.8%,实际总评归一值0.512,与理论预测值相近;脱色液中蔗果三糖(GF2)~蔗果七糖(GF6)的含量分别为17.596%,14.404%,5.197%,2.162%,1.038%。 On the basis of single-factor experiments,the ultrasonic assisted H 2O 2 decolorization conditions of yacon fructooligosaccharides solution was optimized by response surface methodology, and the contents of fructooligosaccharides in decolorized solution was determined by high performance liquid chromatogra-phy (HPLC ) . The results showed that the optimal decoloration process conditions were as follows : ultra-sonic power 120 W ,H 2O2 volume fraction 2 0 % ,pH value 12 and decolorization time 46 min. Under these conditions,the average decolorization rate was 61. 0 % , the retention rate of fructooligosaccharides was 54. 8% ,and the actual value of overall desirability was 0. 512, which was similar to the theoretical predic-ted value. The contents of GF 2 -GF 6 in decolorized solution were 17. 596 %,14.404 %,5.197 %, 2.162% and 1.038% Respectively.
