摘 要: 以氯铂酸-异丙醇为催化剂,聚醚F-6和0.16%含氢硅油为原料,通过硅氢加成反应制得聚醚改性有机硅,最优反应条件:n(Si—H)∶n(C=C)=1∶1.1,催化剂用量为40μg/g,反应温度130℃,反应时间4 h,在此条件下,Si—H键转化率为89.4%,并通过FTIR确定其产物结构。将聚醚改性有机硅与二甲基硅油、疏水气相二氧化硅和甲基乙烯基MQ硅树脂制成硅膏,再与乳化剂、增稠剂复配制得聚醚改性有机硅消泡剂,性能测试结果表明,该消泡剂的消、抑泡性能优于同类商业消泡剂,同时具有较好的离心稳定性、耐热稳定性和稀释稳定性。 The polyether modified polysiloxane was firstly synthesized using polyether F-6 and hydrosili-cone oil (0. 16% hydrogen content) with H 2PtCl6-isopropanol catalyst through the hydrosilylation reac-tion. Under optimal reaction conditions of n(Si-H ) : n(C = C ) = 1 : 1. 1,40 μg/g catalyst, 130 °C and 4 h , conversion of Si-H bond could achieve 89. 4 % . The structure of product was characterized by FTIR spectrum. Later, a silicone paste was prepared by polyether modified polysiloxane, dimethyl silicone, fumed silica and vinyl-substituted MQ silicone resin. Then the formed silicone paste was used for prepar-ing polyether modified polysiloxane defoamer with emulsifying agent and thickener. Results of performance test suggested that the polyether modified polysiloxane defoamer possessed more promising defoaming/an-tifoaming properties than commercial products. Moreover, it had good centrifugal stability, thermostability and dilution stability.
