摘　　要： 目的:对老年股骨颈骨折合并糖尿病慢性肾衰竭患者围手术期护理的风险控制进行探讨。方法:对收治的20例老年股骨颈骨折合并糖尿病慢性肾衰竭患者实施半髋置换术,术前完善相关检查,加强心理疏通。术后实施对血糖的控制、出血倾向的观察、防止关节脱位、预防并发症及功能锻炼等系列个性化护理措施。结果:患者术后恢复良好,术后5~7 d即可下地行走。结论:围手术期护理的风险控制以及个性化护理能够促进患者的康复,为患者及早恢复自理能力打下良好基础。 Objective：To explore and discuss the risk control for elder patient with femoral neck fracture complicated with diabetic chronic renal failure in the perioperative nursing. Methods： 20 elder patients with femoral neck fracture complicated with diabetic chronic renal failure were implemented semi hip replacement surgery, and the relative detections were improved and the psychological counseling of them were strengthened in pre-operation. A series of personalized care measures including control of blood glucose, the observation for bleeding tendency, the prevention for dearticulation, the prevention for complication and functional training were implemented after operation.Results： Postoperative recovery of patients were well, and 5-7 days later they could walk on the ground.Conclusion： The risk control and individualized nursing of perioperation can promote the rehabilitation of patients and lay the foundation for early recovery of self-care ability of patients.
