摘 要: 课堂教学质量评价是学校内部教学自我评估的重要组成部分。研究新建本科院校课堂教学质量评价存在的问题及成因,并了解本科教学基本状态数据采集以及新建本科院校自身要求,在此基础上促进制度约束与过程监督相结合,加强质量文化建设,科学制订评价标准,创新评价手段、方式,优化组合评价要素,合理利用评价结果,这对于提升课堂教学质量评价的有效性具有重要的现实意义。 Evaluation of instructional quality is an important part of university self-assessment of teaching. Through analyzing the problems and their causes in the evaluation system of instructional quality, and understanding the teaching status data collection and the needs of the newly-established universities and colleges, institutional constraints and procedure control are combined in order to facilitate the cultural construction of teaching quality, the formation of scientific bases for evaluation criteria, the creation of new evaluation methods, the optimized combination of evaluation mechanism, and the effective use of the evaluation results. This has a significant role in promoting the validity of instructional quality evaluation system.
