不同栽培模式下铁皮石斛中重金属含量及健康风险评估
Concentrations of Heavy Metals in Dendrobium officinal in Different Cultivation Modes and Health Risk Assessment

摘  要: 为研究重金属对不同栽培模式的铁皮石斛食用安全性影响,利用ICP-MS技术测定了大棚栽培、树栽培和石壁栽培的铁皮石斛中重金属含量。结果表明:3种不同栽培模式下的铁皮石斛中重金属Pb、Cd、As和Cu均低于WM/T 2-2004《药用植物及制剂外经贸绿色行业标准》,但树栽培和石壁栽培的Pb含量要显著高于大棚栽培。利用日摄入量(EDI)和复合污染指数(HI)对3种不同栽培模式下的铁皮石斛进行健康风险评价,发现Pb、Cd、As、Cu和Al的日摄入量远低于FAO/WHO和USEPA推荐的参考剂量;HI估算结果显示Pb、Cd、As、Cu和Al的HI值均低于1,表明正常消费不同栽培模式下的铁皮石斛基本不产生重金属健康风险。 In order to study the effect of heavy metals on edible safety of Dendrobium officinal,ICP-MS technology was used to determine Pb,Cd,As,Cu,Cr and Al in Dendrobium officinal in different cultivation modes.It was found that the concentration levels of Pb,Cd,As and Cu in Dendrobium officinal were lower than the concentrations limited by the standard of WM/T 2-2004.It should be noted that the concentrations of Pb in the Dendrobium officinal cultivated on tree and stone were significant higher than those in the Dendrobium officinal cultivated in green house.Estimated daily intake(EDI),and hazard index(HI) were adopt to evaluate the health risk of edible safety of Dendrobium officinal,which found that EDI was far lower than the dose recommended by FAO/WHO and USEPA,and HI results showed that HI values of Pb,Cd,As,Cu and Al were less than 1 indicating that regular consumption of Dendrobium officinal in different cultivation modes is safe.
