摘 要: 目的了解医护人员遭受医院暴力的现状,分析影响医院暴力发生的原因,探寻医院暴力的预防措施。方法以山西省15家三级甲等医院部分医护人员为研究对象,通过问卷调查方法了解医护人员遭受医院暴力的情况。结果医院暴力发生率高,其中,医生在工作场所遭受暴力的比例为61.19%,护士为67.04%,且以语言暴力为主。多因素logistic回归分析显示,工作年限、学历情况、所在科室均为影响医院暴力发生的因素。医护人员认为,完善法律与制度和媒体的正确导向是预防医院暴力的有效措施。结论应从医院层面、医护人员与患者层面及政府层面采取相关措施,降低医院暴力的发生,共建和谐的医疗环境。 Objective The paper aims to know the status quo of hospital violence suffered by medical personnel, analyze the causes of such violence, and seek relevant preventive measures. Method Partial medical personnel of 15 Grade-A Class-3 hospitals in Shanxi Province were taken as the object of study to know the conditions of hospital violence suffered by them through questionnaire survey. Result Hospital violence, mainly language violence, had a high incidence, and 61.19% of doctors and 67.04% of nurses had suffered from it in the workplace. Multi-factor logistic regression analysis indicated that work experience, educational background, and department were the factors infuencing the incidence of hospital violence. The medical personnel thought that the improvement of laws and regulations and the correct guidance of media were effective measures for preventing hospital violence. Conclusion Relevant measures should be taken at the levels of hospital, medical personnel, patient, and government to reduce the incidence of hospital violence and jointly build a harmonious medical environment.
