摘　　要： 目的探讨甲状腺癌组织中CyclinA与Ki67表达情况、临床意义。方法检测81例甲状腺癌和20例正常甲状腺组织中CyclinA与Ki67的表达。结果甲状腺癌组织中阳性表达率两项均高于正常甲状腺组织,甲状腺癌出现淋巴结转移、包膜的侵出、肿瘤直径>1 cm时,CyclinA的阳性表达增高,TNM分期为Ⅲ、IV期时Ki67阳性表达增高,以上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CyclinA和Ki67两项阳性表达可为甲状腺癌的早期诊断提供依据。 Objective To investigate the clinical signifcance and expression of CyclinA and Ki67 in thyroid cancer. Methods The expressions of CyclinA and Ki67 were detected in 81 cases of thyroid carcinoma and 20 cases of normal thyroid tissue. Results The positive expression of two project in thyroid carcinoma tissue were significantly higher than those in normal thyroid tissue, the expression of CyclinA increased in thyroid carcinoma of lymph node metastasis and capsule invasion, tumor diameter 〉 1 cm, the positive expression of Ki67 increased in TNM stage III and IV stage, the above differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The positive expressions of CyclinA and Ki67 may provide a basis for the early diagnosis of thyroid carcinoma.
