摘　　要： 延安作为第二批入选国家智慧城市试点的西部欠发达地级市,"十二五"时期智慧延安建设取得了较好成效,以智慧城市推进政府治理现代化的路径上不乏创新,在智慧交通、医疗、旅游、社区等众多领域为其他情况相似的中西部欠发达中小城市提供了参考。"十三五"时期延安市应当把握发展机遇,迎接挑战,继续以智慧城市的建设为契机,创新智慧城市建设与政府治理现代化的融合,实现智慧延安与政府治理现代化的"螺旋式"发展。 Yan＇an, as a western underdeveloped city, became one of the second batch of national smart cities. In the period of ＂twelfth five - year＂ , Yan＇ an has achieved good results with the construction of smart city. There was no lack of innovation in promoting the governance modernization in the way of the construction of smart city. Be-sides ,it provided reference for other cities in smart transportation, medical, tourism, community and many other areas. Yan＇an should grasp the development opportunities, face challenges, and regard the construction of smart city as an opportunity, innovating the fusion of smart city and modernization of governance to achieve the spiral de-velopment of smart Yan＇ an and the modernization of governance.
