摘 要: 多炔类化合物是广泛存在于自然界的一类天然产物,由于其独特的结构和药理活性,近年来引起了国内外化学家和生物学家的广泛关注。目前多炔类天然产物的研究多集中于1,3-二炔类化合物,该类天然产物具有多样性的结构和生物活性如抗癌、神经毒性、抗炎活性、免疫抑制活性等,但相关进展综述迄今尚未见报道。本文系统的综述了近年国内外对1,3-二炔类天然产物的合成及药理活性研究进展,以期为1,3-二炔类天然产物的开发和利用提供思路和方法。 Polyacetylenes, a class of natural products, widely exist in the nature. Due to their unique structure and phar-macological activity,polyacetylenes have evoked a great deal of interest in chemists and biologists worldwide. Currently, the research of polyacetylenes mainly focused on 1,3-diyne natural products which possess diverse structural scaffold and biological activity such as anticancer, neurotoxicity, anti-inflammatory activity and immune inhibitory activity. However, the progressive review about 1 ,3 -diyne natural products has not been reported so far. In this review, the research progress in recent years concerningthe synthesis and pharmacological activities of 1 ,3 -diyne natural products was systcmatically summarized,in order to provide ideas and methods for the development and utilization of 1,3-diyne natural products.
