摘 要: 基于CFPS2010年数据并利用改进的半参有序Probit模型,对工作时间与工时效用的非线性关系进行了估计和拟合。研究结果表明:总体上,当前中国劳动力市场普遍存在的超时加班现象并非劳动者的自愿选择,更多是迫于用工制度或竞争压力被动接受的时间安排。从整体来看,中国现行的双休日和8小时工作制依然是一项比较合理的工时制度,但相比于最优工时,劳动者的意愿工作时间仍要略低于现行的法定工时标准,按照现行月工作22天进行换算,大约相当于每天工作7小时左右。不仅如此,具有投入和回报双重异质性的劳动者,对于工作时间的偏好存在显著差异。 Based on the CFPS2010 data,and using the improved semi parametric ordered-Probit model,this paper estimates the nonlinear relationship between the working time and the effect of working time. It finds out that the phenomenon of overtime working commonly exiting in labor market is not a voluntary choice but is forced by the labor system or competitive pressure. Meanwhile,on the whole,the working hours system which rest for 2 days per week and work 8 hours per day is still reasonable,the optimal working time is 22 days a month and 7 hours a day. Moreover,there is a significant difference in the preference of the employees who have the input and return heterogeneity.
