考虑节点刚度影响的新型大跨弦支穹顶结构温度效应分析

摘  要: 以1种新型大跨弦支穹顶结构为对象,采用有限元软件MIDAS/Gen800,在计算温度作用对结构基本静力性能影响的基础上,通过参数化分析,研究节点刚度对温度作用下弦支穹顶结构的构件内力、结构挠度和支座反力等响应的影响规律。结果表明:焊接空心球节点刚度对网壳靠中心部位杆件应力温度响应的影响较大,而水平支座约束刚度对网壳靠外部杆件应力温度响应的影响较大;从变化率上来看,焊接空心球节点刚度对外圈环索内力温度响应的影响较小,对内圈环索内力温度响应的影响较大,而水平支座约束刚度对各圈环索内力温度响应的影响程度相近。 Based on the analysis of the temperature effects on the basic static behavior of a new type large-span suspendome struc-ture, the temperature reactions of the components? internal forces, reticulated shell?s deflection and the support reactions were analyzed by using the finite software MIDAS/Gen800 and parametric analysis with the consideration of joint stiffness. The results showed that the stiffness of the welded hollow spherical joint has great influences on the stress temperature response of the inner shell, while the stiffness of horizontal support restraint has greater influences on the stress temperature response of the outer shell. In terms of the change rate, the stiffness of the welded hollow spherical joint has little effects on the internal force tempera-ture response of the outer ring cables, while the internal force temperature response of the inner ring cables were greatly affected. The stiffness of support restraint has a similar effect on the internal force temperature response of the cables.
