摘　　要： 目的探讨艽龙胶囊联合双歧杆菌治疗功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法选取2015年6月—2016年5月天津中医药大学第一附属医院收治的功能性便秘患者60例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各30例。对照组口服双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊,4粒/次,2次/d。治疗组在对照组的基础上口服艽龙胶囊,2粒/次,3次/d。两组患者均连续治疗4周。分析比较治疗前后两组患者临床疗效和症状评分差异。结果治疗后,对照组临床总有效率为80.00%,显著低于治疗组的93.33%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者排便频率、排便速度、排便费力、粪便性状、腹胀评分均显著降低,同组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组明显低于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论艽龙胶囊联合双歧杆菌治疗功能性便秘临床疗效较好,安全性高,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Jiaolong Capsules combined with bifidobacterium in treatment of functional constipation. Methods Patients （60 cases） with functional constipation in First Teaching Hospital of Tianjin University of TCM from June 2015 to May 2016 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 30 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Bifid Triple Viable Capsules, 4 grains/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Jiaolong Capsules on the basis of the control group, 2 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the difference of clinical efficacy and symptom scores in two groups before and after treatment was compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control group was 80.00%, which was significantly lower than 93.33%in the treatment group, and there were differences between two groups （P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, the defecation frequency, defecation speed, defecation effort, fecal property, and abdominal distension score in two groups were significantly decreased, the difference was statistically significant in the same group （P 〈 0.05）. And the symptom scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Jiaolong Capsules combined with bifidobacterium has a reliable clinical curative effect in treatment of functional constipation with high safety, which has a certain clinical application value.
