摘　　要： 目的探讨藿香正气丸联合磷酸铝凝胶治疗急性胃肠炎的临床疗效。方法选取2016年3月—2017年3月在武汉航运医院进行诊治的急性胃肠炎患者90例,根据用药的不同分为对照组和治疗组,每组各45例。对照组在餐后1 h口服磷酸铝凝胶,20 g/次,3次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上口服藿香正气丸,9 g/次,3次/d。两组均连续治疗2周。观察两组的临床疗效,比较两组的临床症状评分和血清学指标。结果治疗后,对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为82.22%、97.78%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组腹痛、腹泻、呕吐评分均显著降低,同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组这些观察指标明显低于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组白细胞介素-2(IL-2)水平明显升高,降钙素原(PCT)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平均显著降低,同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组这些观察指标的改善程度明显优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论藿香正气丸联合磷酸铝凝胶治疗急性胃肠炎具有较好的临床疗效,能改善临床症状,降低炎症反应,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Huoxiang Zhengqi Pills combined with Colloidal Aluminium Phosphate Gel in treatment of acute gastroenteritis. Methods Patients （90 cases） with acute gastroenteritis in Wuhan Shipping Hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were enrolled in this study. According to the difference treatment plan, patients were divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 45 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Colloidal Aluminium Phosphate Gel at 1 h after meal, 20 mg/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Huoxiang Zhengqi Pills on the basis of the control group, 9 g/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 2 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and clinical symptom scores and serological indexes in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 82.22% and 97.78%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups （P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, the scores of abdominal pain, diarrhea, and vomiting in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group （P 〈 0.05）. And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups （P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, the levels of IL-2 in two groups were significantly increased, but the levels of PCT, IL-6, and TNF-α in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group （P 〈 0.05）. And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups （P 〈 0.05）.
