摘　　要： 目的探讨枳术宽中胶囊联合红霉素治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法选取2015年8月—2017年5月北京市门头沟区中医医院收治的116例功能性消化不良患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各58例。对照组口服红霉素片,0.5 g/次,2次/d。治疗组在对照组治疗基础上口服枳术宽中胶囊,3粒/次,3次/d。两组7 d为1个疗程,均连用4个疗程。观察两组的临床疗效,比较两组治疗前后临床症状积分、胃半排空时间、血清胃动素(MTL)、生长抑素(SS)的变化情况。结果治疗后,对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为77.59%、96.55%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组临床症状积分显著下降,两组胃半排空时间均有显著缩短,同组治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组的临床症状积分、胃半排空时间均明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血清MTL水平均有显著升高,SS水平显著降低,同组治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但与对照组相比,治疗后治疗组血清MTL、SS指标改善更明显,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论枳术宽中胶囊联合红霉素治疗功能性消化不良具有较好的临床疗效,可调节胃肠激素分泌,加快胃肠排空,且药物使用安全性高,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Zhizhu Kuanzhong Capsules combined with erythromycin in treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods Patients （116 cases） with functional dyspepsia in Beijing Mentougou District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2015 to May 2017 were randomly divided into control （58 cases） and treatment （58 cases） groups. Patients in the control group were po administered with Erythromycin Tablets, 0.5 g/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Zhizhu Kuanzhong Capsules on the basis of the control group, 3 grains/time, three times daily. 7 Days was as one course of treatment. Patients in two groups were treated for four courses. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the changes of clinical symptom integral, gastric emptying time, MTL and SS in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control and treatment groups were 77.59% and 96.55%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups （P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, clinical symptom integral decreased statistically, and gastric emptying time shortened significantly, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group （P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, clinical symptom integral and gastric emptying time in the treatment group was lower than those in the control groups, and there was difference between two groups （P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, the level of MTL in two groups increased statistically, but the level of SS in two group decreased statistically, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group （P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, MTL and SS in the treatment group improved obviously, and there was difference between two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Zhizhu Kuanzhong Capsules combined with erythromycin has a significant effect in treatment of functional dyspepsia, and can regulate the secretion of gastrointestinal hormones, also can accelerate gastric
