饲粮中添加茶多酚对育成前期水貂生长性能及营养物质消化率的影响

摘  要: 为研究饲粮中添加茶多酚(Tea Polyphenols,TP)对育成前期水貂生长性能及营养物质消化率的影响,试验选取200只60日龄健康育成前期水貂共80笼,随机分成4组,每组20个重复,公母各10个重复。TP的添加量分别为0(Ⅰ组)、0.05%(Ⅱ组)、0.1%(Ⅲ组)和0.2%(Ⅳ组)。结果表明:TP可提高育成前期公貂和母貂Ⅰ期末体重及Ⅰ期平均日增重(P<0.05),但对Ⅱ期末体重及Ⅱ期平均日增重作用不显著(P>0.05);TP可影响干物质、钙、磷、酪氨酸、谷氨酸和苯丙氨酸的消化率(P<0.05)。添加0.05%TP可显著提高水貂钙和磷的消化率,也可降低干物质的消化率(P<0.05),但只降低了0.23%。当日粮中TP的添加水平超过0.1%时,可显著降低酪氨酸消化率(P<0.05),添加0.2%TP可降低谷氨酸和苯丙氨酸消化率(P<0.05)。在本试验条件下,水貂日粮中添加0.05%TP可提高育成前期水貂的体重及日增重,可以提高钙和磷的消化率。 The experiment was conducted to determine the effects of tea polyphenols (TP) in diet on growth performance, nutrients digestibility of growing minks. A total of 200 healthy growing minks at the age of 60 days were randomly divided into 4 groups with 20 replicates in each group (10 cage of male minks and 10 cage of female minks), the supplementation of TP was 0(groupI), 0.05%(grouoII), 0.1% (group III)and 0.2%(Kroup IV), resoectivelv, experiment oeriod lasted for two months period I and period II. The results showed as follows: 1) TP could improve the body weight and the average daily gain of both male and female minks during periodI (P〈0.05), but TP had no effects on the body weight and the average daily gain during periodlI (P〉0.05). 2) TP had effects on DM, calcium phosphorus, tyrosine, glutamic acid and phenylalanine of growing minks (P〈0.05). Compare group I without TP, the supplementation of 0.05% TP could improve calcium and phosphorus digestibility and decrease DM digestibility by 0.23%. Supplementation of more than 0.1% TP decreased tyrosine digestibility (P〈0.05), and supplementation of 0.2% TP decrease glutamic acid and phenylalanine digestibility (P〈0.05). It could be concluded that the recommended supplementation of 0.05%TP improved the body weight, average daily weight, averagedaily gain, calcium and phosphorus digestibility.
