摘 要: 工业互联网是传统制造业向现代"智造"转型的关键。美、德等主要工业国家均将工业互联网作为其先进制造战略的重要抓手,在具体路径选择上采取了制造企业牵头,联合通信、IT等行业企业,打造以平台为核心的工业互联网/工业4.0"操作系统",工业大数据是其核心。文章立足于工程机械装备制造行业,重点分析大数据行业应用实践,介绍全面深度感知、实时传输交换、快速计算处理和高级建模分析等各环节,实现工程制造行业智能控制、运营优化和生产组织方式变革的实践过程。 Industrial Internet is the key to upgrade the traditional manufacturing industry to modern “Intelligent Manufacturing". The United States, Germany and other major industrial countries all consider the industrial Internet as an important component for its manufacturing strategy. In the specific path, they all select the leading manufacturing enterprises to collaborate with telecom, IT and other industries and enterprises to build an industrial Internet "operating system" based on platforms, and industrial big data is considered as the core.This paper focuses on the construction machinery and equipment manufacturing industry, introduces industrial big data application cases, and researches how the deep comprehensive perception of industrial data, real-time transmission, high performance computing and advanced modeling analysis help to achieve intelligent control, enterprise operational optimization and manufacturing organization improvement.
