摘　　要： 本文对欧洲当代的新城建设及其特色营造进行了讨论。当代欧洲的新城作为城市发展的主要工具之一,其建设随着区域转型、全球化和区域更新等重要变化,以前的现代主义模式经历了系统的调整过程,特色营造成为关键性的要素。当代欧洲新城的融资方式、功能、规模和目标群体都具有新的特征,并提出了整合性的新城开发构想。本文结合德国弗莱堡丽瑟菲尔德新城和法国勒普莱西·罗宾森新城更新和再开发的实例,进一步对当代欧洲新城发展的目标构想、融资模式、开发方式等内容进行了比较和总结,其相关经验对我国目前正在形成和完善过程中的城市规划和区域规划具有重要的借鉴意义。 This paper discusses the development of new towns and related identity cultivation in Europe. As one of the main tools for urban development, new town development paradigm has experienced fundamental transformation against the challenge of regional transformation, globalization and regeneration. Former dominant pattern of urban modernism has undergone a systematic readjustment process and identity cultivation has become a key element. There are new characteristics in the financing style, function, scale and target group of contemporary European new town. It proposes the ideas of integrated new town development. Based on the samples of the renewal and redevelopment of Rieselfeld in Freiburg, Germany, and Le Plessis-Robinson in the nearby of Paris, France, this paper makes a further comparison and summarization of the objectives, financing modes and development methods of contemporary European new town development. The relevant experience is of great significance to the urban planning and regional planning which is being formed and perfected in our country at present.
