摘　　要： 通过对雄安新区现有生态环境及土地利用情况的分析,基于田园城市模型和生态城市规划理念,以白洋淀国家5A级旅游景区为生态基底,探讨绿色循环低碳产业模式,进而构建系统的城市生态安全格局。通过田园城市、绿网城市、紧凑城市探索城市空间形态布局,结合对绿色基础设施、绿色交通、绿色技术的研究提出适应地域空间环境的生态城市设计策略,为雄安新区和国内其他新区的建设提供参考和借鉴。 Based on the concept of garden city and eco-city planning and the analysis of the existing ecological environment and land use in Xiong＇an New Area, the Baiyangdian National 5A-level tourist area is taken as the ecological base, and the green cycle low-carbon industry model is discussed. Furthermore, urban ecological security pattern is constructed. Taking advantages of the Garden City, Landscape Urbanism and New Urbanism propositions, strategies were suggested for the government regarding the green infrastructure design, transportation planning and UD implementation that are suitable for the conditions in Xiong＇an New District. The methods used in this study and the suggestions generated correspondingly could be employed by the decision-makers in planning other new developing area as well.
