摘 要: 触头接触性能的好坏主要是通过接触电阻的大小来衡量。影响触头接触电阻的因素有很多,如材料的性质(电阻率、化学性质、硬度)、触头形状、粗糙度、热胀冷缩、尘土、有机污染和加工工艺等。找出这些因素对于减小触头接触电阻有重要的指导意义。全面地研究分析这些因素,可以采取适当的措施减小接触电阻,从而更加有效地提高开关电器的可靠性。 The contact resistance is mainly used to measure that the performance of contact is good or not.Many factors influence contact resistance,such as the nature of the material( resistivity,chemical properties,solidity),contact shape,roughness,heat expansion and cold contraction,dust,organic pollution,processing technology. These factors are regarded as a very good guide to reduce the contact resistance. Only analysis these factors well,can we take the appropriate measures to reduce the contact resistance and to improve the reliability of electrical switch effectively.
