摘 要: 电连接器失效会造成电子系统的故障,研究电连接器的失效模式对提高电子系统的连接可靠性有重要作用。本文通过电连接器安装过程中的两种常见失效问题进行ANSYS Workbench有限元仿真研究,并对电连接器的结构和材料进行改进,以提高电连接器可靠性的一种新方法。 Failure of electrical connector could cause failure of whole system,and it was very important to research failure mode of electrical connector for improving connection reliability of electronic system. Two kinds of common failure problem in the process of installing electrical connector were researched by finite element simulation of ANSYS Workbench. An effective way to improve reliability of electrical connector was developed by improving structure and material of electric connector.
