摘　　要： 文章针对由一个存在产能约束的生产商和两个市场需求有差异的零售商所组成的二级供应链,建立系统动力学仿真模型,研究在不同产能约束和分配方式下,供应链和节点企业需求信息共享的价值创造与共享意愿。研究表明:供应链的共享价值和共享意愿随产能的降低而降低;生产商的共享价值和共享意愿远高于两个下游零售商,但在产能充裕时,生产商的共享意愿不高;零售商在优先满足自身需求的分配方式下,需求信息共享价值和共享意愿均较低。 Aiming at a two-stage supply chain consisting of one capacity constrained supplier and two retailers with different market demand, this paper establishes a system dynamics model to study the value creation and the willingness of information sharing of the supply chain and node enterprise demands under varying levels of supplier eapacity and supply allocation mechanisms. The research result is shown as follows： the supply chain＇ s sharing value and the willingness to share information reduce with the capacity reduced; the upstream manufacturers achieve far higher sharing value and sharing willingness than the two downstream retailers, but when the capacity is ample the manufacturers＇ sharing willingness declines; under the distribution mode where retailers＇ demands are preferentially satisfied, the sharing value of the demand information is lower and retailers are not willing to share information.
