摘　　要： 提高企业知识创造能力是实现企业长久生存和发展的关键性因素。本文以知识创造的内涵研究为基点,对企业知识创造过程、影响因素及对企业发展价值、知识创造提升策略进行系统地文献回顾,这对企业知识创造的理论研究及实践探索均具有一定的参考价值。 To improve the enterprise knowledge creation ability is the key factor of realizing its long-term survival and development. Based on the study of the connotation of knowledge creation, this paper systematically reviews the process of enterprise knowledge creation, the influencing factors, the value of enterprise development and the promotion strategy of knowledge creation, which has some reference values for the theoretical research and practical exploration of enterprise knowledge creation.
