摘　　要： 文明寝室建设是高校校园建设的重要内容,是高校育人环境建设的重要环节,是实现人才培养根本任务的重要途径。采取经纬视角的观察分析方法,从当前高校文明寝室建设的现状入手,分析存在的问题,得出了提高大学生主体意识、营造充满活力的寝室文化、建设寝室积极心理场等多方面策略,构建以人为本的全方位、立体化的高校文明寝室建设体系。 The construction of civilized dormitory iS a significant content of college campus construction, is an important segment of education environment construction, is a significant way to achieve the fundamental task of talent cultivation. This article uses the method of observation and analysis under a comprehensive perspective. It begins with the analysis of current situation for civilized dormitory construction in colleges, analyzing the problems, offering comprehensive suggestion on improving the consciousness of college students, creating a vibrant dormitory culture and building a positive dormitory psychological field, building a construction system on all dimensions of civilized college dormitory, which is based on humanism.
