摘　　要： 高校博物馆是国有博物馆的重要分支,具有陈展类型多样、内容丰富、展览学术性强等特点。然而,目前许多高校博物馆还存在教育功能定位不明确、教育核心内容挖掘不足、教育资源利用缺乏顶层设计等问题,严重制约高校博物馆教育功能的发挥。新时期高校博物馆要明确自身教育功能的定位,在提供优质教育内容,确保服务质量,实施人格塑造,践行三位一体教育理念等方面实现自身的可持续发展。 University museum is a branch of the state-owned museum,which has abundant and distinctive characteristics of the museum education resources,and should play an active role in the country＇s public education and the revival of national culture. However,there are several problems such as the unclear orientation of educational function,the lack of the core content of education,the lack of top-level design of educational resources,which seriously restrict the implementation of the educational function of university museums and the implementation of educational functions of university museum. Based on this,we relocate the educational functions of university museum in the new era to make the core value more clear,to explore the implementation way of educational functions in university museum,to comb out the educational theory of university museum, ＂ Differentiated Education＂ and ＂ No Threshold Education＂ and ＂ Integrated Education＂ three-in-one philosophy of education,in order to provide some useful advice for the healthy development of university museum in China.
