限域于介孔孔道中的纳米零价铁对三硝基甲苯的降解
Reduction of Trinitrotoluene by Nanoscale Zero-Valent Iron Confined in Mesoporous Channels

摘  要: 以短孔道的六方板有序介孔材料Zr-Ce-SBA-15为载体,采用双溶剂浸渍-煅烧-H_2还原的方法合成纳米零价铁(nZVI)限域在有序介孔孔道内的复合材料。用这一复合材料处理三硝基甲苯(TNT),考察其对TNT的还原性能以及复合材料的载铁量、投加量、pH对TNT去除率的影响。结果表明,加大复合材料铁负载量和投加量,溶液中TNT的去除率增大,酸性条件能促进反应进行,提高TNT的去除率,碱性条件则相反。采用铁硅摩尔比为0.15的nZVI/Zr-Ce-SBA-15复合材料,在投加量为1g/L、TNT初始质量浓度为20mg/L、pH为3时,溶液中TNT的去除率为98.4%。对TNT还原反应产物的傅里叶红外光谱步析表明,复合材料中的nZVI将TNT还原为氨基化合物。 The six-party plate with ordered mesoporous Zr-Ce-SBA-15 with short channels was used as the carrier, and the composite material nanoscale zero-valent iron (nZVI) which confined in ordered mesoporous channels was prepared by two solvents impregnation- calcination-H2 reduction. The composite was used to treat Trinitrotoluene (TNT), the TNT reduction ability of this composite and theeffect of iron content, dosage, pH on TNT removal rate was researched. The results indicated that the TNT removal rate increased with the increase of iron content and composite dosage, and the acidic condition was advantageous to the reduction reaction that TNT removal rate was inereased,-as opposed to alkaline condition. The TNT removal rate reached 98.4% conducted with this composite (Fe/Si atomic ratio of 0.15), when the composite dosage was 1 g/L, initial mass concentration of TNT was 20 mg/L, and pH was 3. With the analysis of the FTIR the reductive products of TNT were amino compounds by nZVI.
