摘 要: 目的探讨不同院校类型的大学生生涯阻碍知觉、生涯规划水平以及心理资本的关系,并对心理资本的作用机制进行探索。方法采用问卷调查法对4所高校的1350名大学生进行抽样调查。结果重点大学大学生的心理资本在生涯阻碍知觉对职业生涯规划水平影响中发挥负向调节作用,即在心理资本水平较低的大学生中,生涯阻碍知觉不能显著预测职业生涯规划水平;而在心理资本水平较高的大学生中,生涯阻碍知觉能显著负向预测职业生涯规划水平。结论心理资本在生涯阻碍知觉与职业生涯规划水平之间起到负向调节作用。 Objective To investigate the relationship among career barrier perception, career planning and psy- chological capital, and explore the mechanism of psychological capital in the relationship between career barrier per- ception and career planning. Methods Using the method of questionnaire survey, a total of 1350 college students in 4 colleges and universities in Jinan. Results In key university students, psychological capital played as a negative moderating role between perceived career barrier and career planning ; In the lower psychological capital level, per- ceived career barrier was not a significant predictor of career planning ; In a high level of psychological capital, per- ceived career barrier can significantly negatively predict career planning. Conclusion Psychological capital plays as a negative moderating role between career barrier and career planning simultaneously.
