摘 要: 新经济要求发展"新工科",但"新工科"的发展不仅仅是面向未来布局新兴工科专业,也要使当前的工科专业突破传统的人才培养模式,整合升级、综合发展,培养具备更高创新创业能力、跨界整合能力的人才,建立多样化和个性化的工程教育培养模式。本文以华东理工大学过程装备与控制工程专业这一集机械、化学、能源、电子、信息、控制、材料等多个学科知识体系于一体的综合性专业为例,通过回顾该专业65年的发展历程,总结了综合化工程教育改革的经验,即从简单复合到综合交叉的发展模式,力图为新工科的建设提供借鉴。同时,本文结合新经济对工程教育的新要求,剖析了目前该专业工程教育中存在的问题,并提出了新经济形势下的改革设想。 Development needs for New Engineering has been raised under the new normal of China economy,which not only requires proper design and arrangements of new majors,but more importantly,calls for a breakthrough in the traditional pattern of talent cultivation.In order to equip future talents with better innovation capability,interdisciplinary integration ability and entrepreneurship,a diversified and individualized education scheme has to be introduced.In this paper,the author reviewed the development pathway and summarized the experience of integrated engineering education reform in Process Equipment and Control Engineering of East China University of Science and Technology,which is a major that consolidates mechanical,chemistry,energy,electronics,information,controlling,material science and many other disciplines altogether,not in the form simple combination but with interdisciplinary synthezation.The aim of this paper is to analyze the existing problems lie in the professional engineering education,provide references for the construction of new engineering,and put forward some reform ideas under the New economy situation of China.
