摘 要: 为提高本科临床医学教育教学质量,大连医科大学以提高临床医学人才岗位胜任力为导向,探索构建本科临床医学人才实践能力培养模式。实施“三番式”临床技能教学,加强三阶段(实习前、实习中、实习后)临床技能培训;注重医学人文素质教育,将其贯穿人才培养全过程;建立临床技能考核体系,全面真实评价教学效果;完善保障机制,确保教学质量,有效提升了人才培养水平和质量。 Under the guidance of strengthening medical undergraduates' practical ability and their competence in future jobs, Dalian Medical University has established a clinical medical talents practical ability training mode. This model has implemented "Three Turns" clinical skills training pattern to strengthen the three stage (before, during and after practice) clinical skills training and concentrated on humanistic quality education through overall evaluations and set up clinical skill examination system to evaluate teach- ing effectiveness comprehensively and truly, which has effectively improved the quality of education by perfecting safeguard mechanisms and guaranteeing teaching quality.
