基于微生物发酵技术的病死猪尸体资源化利用研究

摘  要: 近年来,大量的规模化养猪场的不断出现,任意排放的病死猪尸体已成为一个较为突出的环境污染问题,不仅对生态环境和人体健康产生危害,还影响畜牧业的可持续发展.试验利用sq复合菌剂、病死猪、米糠、泥炭土作为原材料,在发酵箱内,经过7 d反复发酵搅拌后生产有机肥的工艺流程,从微生物接种浓度、原材料的投放C/N比例、原材料的含水率、反应时的翻堆间隔时间方面进行单因子试验,探究复合菌剂在工艺流程中的最优反应参数.结果表明,微生物复合菌剂在接种浓度为2%,微生物与原材料碳氮比例为28∶1,原材料含水率保持在50~60%,12 h堆翻一次的工艺条件下反应效果最佳. In recent years,the large number of large-scale pig farms have been emerging, and the dead bodies of dead pigs have become a prominent environmental pollution problem,which not only harm the ecological environment and human health,but also can affect the sustainable development of animal husbandry.In this study,the process of organic fertilizer was produced after 7 days of repeated fermentation in the fermenta- tion tank by using sq compound bacteria, dead pigs, rice bran and peat soil as raw materials.The optimum reac- tion parameters of the compound bacteria in the process were investigated from the microbial inoculation con- centration ,the C / N ratio and the moisture' content of the raw material as well as times of the reactor.The re- suits showed that the reaction effect of microbial compound bacteria was the best when the inoculation concentration was 2% ,the ratio of microorganism to raw material carbon and nitrogen was 28 : 1 ,the moisture content of raw material was kept at 50-60% and the stacking time Was 12 h.8figs., ltab., 17refs.
