摘 要: 以宜香优2115(YX),川农优华占(HZ),F优498(FY)为试验材料,通过盆栽实验模拟重金属镉污染,研究不同混作方式和单作方式下水稻生长和物质积累的差异.结果表明:两两混作模式和三品种混作模式下水稻地上和地下部干物质积累均比单作模式下低;光合作用受混作处理影响不大,但4种混作处理下地下部可溶性总糖含量均较单作下显著升高,而地下部淀粉含量在HZ与FY混作以及三品种混作下显著升高,HZ升高的程度最大.因此,在重金属胁迫下,混作栽培比单作栽培受到的胁迫压力更大,且不同品种的适应性不同. Yixiangyou2115 ( YX), Chuannongyouhuazhan (HZ) and Fyou498 (FY) were used as ex- perimental materials to test the differences of growth and substances accumulation of rice between mixed cropping and single cropping models under Cd contamination. The results showed that the dry matter accumulations in overground part and underground part under mixed cropping models were significantly lower than single cropping model. There were no significant changes in photosynthetic characteristics after mixed cropping treatment. Four kinds of mixed cropping treatments significantly increased in total soluble sugar of underground part compared with single cropping treatment. The starch contents of underground part significantly increased under mixed cropping of HZ and FY or mixed cropping of YX, HZ and FY, among which HZ increased most. Therefore, under heavy metal stress, mixed cropping is more stressful than single cropping, and different varieties have different adaptations. 8tabs., 12refs.
