摘 要: 应用试验设计方法,可以快速有效地研究新型材料的最佳生产工艺.本文使用正交复合设计这一新型试验设计方法,研究聚甲醛的合成工艺.从诸多可能因素中初步筛选出主要因素后,根据正交复合设计得到实验数据.应用回归分析、方差分析、交叉验证等方法,我们得到了最优水平组合以指导工业生成中聚甲醛的合成. Applying the method of experimental design,the researchers can efficiently search the optimal synthesis technology of different new material. In this paper,the newly type of experimental design,orthogonal-array composite design,is used to search the optimal synthesis technology of polyformaldehyde. After screening important factors from a larger number of potential factors,we obtain the experimental data by orthogonal-array composite design. Using the tool of variance analysis,regression analysis and cross validation for the experimental data,we obtain the optimal level combination to guide the synthesis of polyformaldehyde in industrial productions.
