摘 要: 为解决输煤程控系统分布测控站点线路敷设繁杂等问题,提出了以PLC和无线传感网络为核心的电厂输煤监控方案。该方案以冗余的S7-300为监控主站,通过PROFIBUS总线或数传电台连接从站S7-200,测控从站面向输煤过程,组建监测分散机电设备工况的Zig Bee网络。该方案的应用实现了对电厂输煤全过程的监控和管理。 To solve the complex distribute control sites laying line in coal conveying system, power plant coal monitoring program based on PLC and wireless communication has been proposed. Master is redundant S7-300, connecting slave S7-200 with PROFIBUS or digital radio. For coal conveying process, the ZigBee networks has been established for electrical equipment condition monitoring. Application of the scheme has realized whole process monitoring and management of coal transport in power plant.
